We, the Management Committee of Assetz Soul & Soil, would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent services provided to our community since 16th March 2024.

The Paradigm team has demonstrated exceptional professionalism and efficiency in managing all aspects of facility operations-including housekeeping, electrical and plumbing maintenance, horticulture, waste management and common area upkeep. Their coordinated efforts have ensured that our community remains clean, functional and aesthetically appealing.

We especially commend the proactive approach and responsiveness of your team in addressing residents’ concerns, promptly handling service requests, and ensuring minimal disruption during maintenance activities.

Your security team has played a vital role in helping us investigate and report incidents involving unauthorized intrusions into the community. They have taken full ownership and handled such situations responsibly and effectively.

We would also like to recognize Facility Manager Mr. Nagaraj A Karnatagi and Operations Manager Mr. Venkat, whose cost-effective initiatives have contributed significantly to reducing operational expenses while maintaining service quality. The entire management team has extended outstanding support across all aspects of community welfare.
