The operational manager’s & supporting backend team is always available to join their hands for any critical/emergency situations at the site. Organization never fails to give the reputation/recognition for an employee who sincerely and dedicatedly showed justice to their work. In other organizations where i had noticed that there will be set of hierarchy which has to be follow to reach the MD’s,but here the MD’s of the company will always reachable on phone for any emergency either it is in workplace or your personal,they gave right direction to all the issues to be sorted out.
