Admin Staff

Supervisors: Our supervisors receive training on industry best practices, including relevant regulations and standards, as well as hands-on training in the use of tools and equipment. They also receive training in leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage their teams. In addition, they receive regular training in customer service to ensure that they provide high-quality service to our clients and their guests

Housekeeping & Garden Staff

Training able them to understand good cleaning practices, HK machinery operations, and awareness of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), hygiene, and safety practices. Garden staff will be able to operate Garden and Landscaping equipment, Trimming, Nursery development, Planting, Manure preparation, and dozing, identify the pest-affected plants and trees, and applying of pesticides.

Front-Line Staff: Front-line staff members receive training in a variety of areas, including job-specific skills, customer service, and health and safety. This training helps them to perform their duties effectively and safely, and to provide high-quality service to our clients and their guests.

Managers: The Paradigm Sustainability Facility Professional (PSFP) credential is a time-tested credential that helps our Facility Managers make data-driven decisions and understand sustainable best practices.

Topics: Company policies, organization structure, Job responsibilities, FMS operations awareness, Petty Cash Management, Communication skills, Vendor Management, Property Management App overview, Compliance Management, Fire and Safety, Inventory Management, People Management, Waste Management, Behavior Skills Reporting, and Presentation skills.

MEP Staff

Training able them to understand General maintenance, PPM, the difference between HT & LT, Measurement of Voltage, Current, and Resistance. Helps them to take readings of monitoring devices from electrical panels. Basic knowledge about Electrical installation such as Transformers, Generators, Metering Panels, Electrical wiring, Pumps and Motor connections, HVAC systems, and Electrical Safety. Knowledge of Plumbing materials like the size of pipes & fittings and operation of water treatment plant equipment are also imparted.

Security Staff

Security Staff are trained in Fire and Safety norms, Visitor Management, Patrolling techniques, Incident reporting, Access Control, Handling Emergencies, Threat Management, Surveillance techniques, dealing with conflicts and resolution, First Aid, handling difficult situations, communication skills, and defensive tactics. The training covers all the necessary skills required for them to perform their job with utmost efficiency and effectiveness. Regular training and workshops are conducted to keep their skills updated and to ensure that they are equipped to handle any situation that may arise.

The goal of this training is to equip our staff with the latest knowledge and skills necessary to carry out their duties effectively, providing the best possible services to our clients. The training program is regularly updated to keep pace with technological advancements, regulatory changes, and industry standards, ensuring that our staff is always at the forefront of their respective fields. Weekly and monthly updates on the site’s regular theoretical and practical training sessions are shared with the Client.
